Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify the unitholders that the Management Company has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the projects of the following funds:
- K European Equity Fund-A(D) (K-EUROPE-A(D))
- K European Equity RMF (K-EURMF)
- K Global High Impact Thematic Equity Fund-A(A) (K-HIT-A(A))
The amendments are made to update the Master Fund information in accordance with changes to the Master Funds and amend other relevant subjects. These amendments are in accordance with the rights reserved in the fund project and do not affect the investment of the funds.
The amendments will be effective from July 21, 2025.
